Pop Up Hamilton brings its magic to HMCS Haida!

Get ready Hamilton!  The wizards at Pop Up Hamilton have teamed up with Chef Matt Kershaw of the Other Bird Restaurant Group (The Mule, Two Black Sheep, Rapscallion, etc..!)to bring you a dining experience like no other!  June 18th onboard the famed HMCS Haida, Blue Collar Pale Ale will be flowing along with amazing food from Chef Matt and phenomenal wine from a yet to be announced Ontario winery!  Check this CHCH Morning Live spot from May 11th were Dave and Matt announce this sure to be unforgettable experience for more details!

Because Beer Festival returns to Pier 4 Park this summer on July 8th and 9th!  Because Beer brings together craft brewers and all those interested in enjoying it!  Simple concept, amazingly executed with over 30 breweries committed, a hard fought homebrew competition, amazing musicians, and tons of delicious food trucks this is one summer event not to be missed!

THB now available at Rankin's Grill & Lou Dawg's Southern Grill!

THB is proud to announce that Blue Collar Pale Ale tall cans are now available at two great Hamilton locations, one new to town and the other a stalwart of the East End!  

Rankins is a fixture of the East End local hangout scene with a welcoming atmosphere both inside and out on the patio!  Louise and her staff are phenomenal and always go the extra mile to make your breakfast, lunch, dinner or just drinks a great time.  Rankins is located at 1342 Main St East near Main and Kenilworth.

Lou Dawg's Southeren BBQ marks Lou Dawg's second location and it's first in Hamilton.  Recently opened up in Hess Village at 116 George St across from the Ceili House and is totally serious about its smoked meat.   You'll have to drop by for some smoked ribs or a brisket sandwich and pint of Blue Collar Pale Ale at this unique new addition to Hess Village's culinary and bar scene!

Famed James St diner Jack & Lois is teaming up with THB for the 2016 Food & Drink Fest...again!

Last year's Food & Drink Fest  team up between Jack & Lois/THB  was such a smash success that we decided to do it again!  On April 22nd,23rd,24th at the Hamilton Convention Centre you and your friends will be able to try fantastic food and drink from all over the fine city of Hamilton.  With over 45 food and drink vendors there will be something for everyone and surly a few culinary/beverage surprises too!  Make sure you visit the THB and Jack & Lois booth for a taste of Blue Collar Pale Ale and some epic eats!

Nellie James v Jonny Blonde in Ramen showdown!

On May 1st two Hamilton Chefs to be reckoned with will be knocking out their take on Ramen in support of the Canadian Japanese Cultural Centre of Hamilton!

Ken Lefebour of Nellie James Too and Jonny Blonde of both Jonny Blonde Food Truck and the recently opened Jonny Blonde Kitchen are dueling with their take on the classic dish Ramen Noodles to raise funds for this significant cultural centre.  Tunes from Steve Sinnicks, Royal Seas, The Delta Overdrive Band, Versa-Cello, and Pauline y el Gordo provide the entertainment while Izumi provides the Ontario (!) Sake and THB cracks the cans on Blue Collar Pale Ale tallboys to quench your thirst!  Be sure not to miss live and in the flesh, Sanjay B. Patel as he captures the energy of this unique event in his signature “Live Art” painting!

Doors open at 4pm and admission is free!   Come on out to Rockin Ramen!!!
